As a leading sound artist I led a series of workshops with young people in Hackney working towards creating a sound walk in collaboration with a photographer and documentary filmmaker.The project was intergenerational and was interested in oral history aiming to connect generations.

Rowan Arts Project Sound artist leading a series of workshops with young people at Tufnell Park School and adults. Introducing the soundtrack and working with the two groups to create two installation sound pieces and soundtrack for an animation for The Rowan Arts Halloween Event at Royal Northern Gardens,Holloway.

Inspired by The Raven by Edgar Alan Poe the young adults made two sound pieces installed in at Holloway Library. The workshop included looking at the soundtrack in film and techniques in creative  recording,sound design and post production.

Sam and Annie Cohen Centre, Clapton,London

Leading visual art classes with older people at The Sam and Annie Cohen Day Centre. The visitors had both physical and mental health difficulties including dementia and stroke sufferers.I would plan and develop projects for art sessions that would encourage well being, social interaction and reminiscence.I would be responsible for liaising with staff and participants leading art classes,displaying and framing work in the centre.

2008 Kazzum Theatre Company Project ‘Telling Tales’

Sound Artist working with young refugees to develop Sound installation piece installed at Wiltons music hall alongside theatre production ‘Hunt’

Planning and leading sessions with two groups of young refugees aged 8-16.

2007-2008 The Soundtrack of your Life performance at London Symphony Orchestra St Lukes

Music leader, worked with young people in schools, youth clubs and centres.

Planning and leading workshops working for All Change who promote the arts to promote social inclusion within education.

Working towards a final performance at the LSO in February 2008 I worked with other artists and musicians running workshops including song writing with young people aged 10-20.

The final work was created using performance, music technology, live instruments and recordings as well as images.
